  • Very technical support used when you implement and use the Acumatica ERP Foundation.

  • Casual technical support for simple user questions. It is a LinkedIn.com group

    • LinkedIN Acumatica User Group discussion forum for customers

    • LinkedIN Acumatica User Group discussion forum for partners but public

  • The Acumatica User Group (AUG) discussion forum covering all Acumatica ERP Suites and Modules/Workspaces

  • The Acumatica Developer support

  • Tier 1 support by

    • Internet Customer Solutions which has its own customer/community portal using the Acumatica ERP CRM software

      • You can learn on how to access this Acumatica community portal here. If you are a customer of Acumatica (you have purchased an Acumatica license), then you need to ask for additional access to direct support cases, product download and feedback (product ideas, feature requests) from your Acumatica partner. If your partner doesn't help you immediately with support requests, you can submit a direct support case via this community portal.

  • Tier 2 support by Acumatica Tech Support Center

    • First year over the phone tech support with Acumatica Tech Support group is free

    • Tech support plans with Acumatica

      • Depending on the urgency, different plans can be chosen at a subscription fee

  • Very technical/developer online support is available. It is very active and monitored by Acumatica technical support people

  • Casual technical support

  • The Acumatica User Group (AUG) portal sponsored by active Acumatica ERP users

  • The Acumatica Developer Network site
